Hi guys

I am looking for a 4 post double wide lift for my garage. I used to have 2- Bendpak 4 post lifts, but I sold them a while ago. I didnt like the center posts as they made parking difficult.
I'd prefer a 4 post double wide lift.
I looked at the Bendpak HD-9SWX and it is too narrow with an overall width of 202" and a width between columns of 192".
Anyone know of something wider? My garage width is 224".

thanks

221"

I looked at this lift but it is 221.5" wide and my garage width is 223.5" wide. I was concerned that might be too tight. The columns would need to be basically almost flush against the interior walls of the garage. Plus I would need room for the control housing/ oil container that hangs off 2 of the post. Thoughts?

You should probably contact Bendpak if it's a serious option.

Is the one you listed in the OP actually too narrow to use or just not using all of the available space? Considering that you need to be able to open doors, I'm struggling a bit to see how having it be a little narrower than the room would pose a problem. 16' between the columns should be plenty wide to park two cars

I just spoke with Bendpak and they came to measure... looks like the PL-12000DPS will work.
This pic is from the Bendpak website and is the style I am looking for. The Bendpak folks ordered it for me. Fit will be similar to the garage size below in the 1st pic.

That's a seriously nice lift. When I first looked at their independent side operating lifts, they were parking lifts only, so the bottom panel was solid and not removeable for vehicle service.
I'm very happy with my double lift, other than having to move 2 cars to get one of the ones on the top. However, at almost 2x the cost of the doublewide, I'd likely stay with my doublewide.
