Mac tech series boxes are often quite inexpensive but still really well made. I paid $800cdn for mine (ages ago).

If you’re mot looking for MAC, Porto, Lista, Vidmar, Snap-on, Matco then my recommendation of Kennedy is out

Best you’re going to do is a “Made in the USA with global materials”. Stanley bought Waterloo so any of their brands should have something similar.

It's very similar to the box I bought at Menards which was a Tool Shop brand. It was made in the US by EDSAL

FWIW my buddys Milwaukee box from HD was made in vietnam. So it's not unreasonable to believe other HD boxes would be made there.
