Its been a minute since I've been on. I acquired a used Snap On KRL1022. Im in the market for some drawer liners.... Issue i have is that my toolbox is 26" deep. most drawer liners i find are 24" deep. I Stumbled upon ERICNUSOURCE and saw his posted and have seen posts from others about his toolbox liners. I cant seem send him a PM wondering if anyone can help or has found similar liners in the same size. Snap on wanted 315.

I know this is not the right size, but the Kobalt drawer liner with rust protection stuff built in is actually really good. Lays flat, tools don't slide, etc. I don't know if the rust protection does anything so I can't comment on that.

I had a buddy do something I never thought for the inside of a tool box drawer. He got some spray on bed liner and coated the inside of the drawers.
That’s not a bad idea especially for a rusty old box. Vintage patina on the outside and clean & quieter inside the drawers.

Search Rubber-Cal on amazon.
Some neat stuff, some are thinner, different colors, one style is diamond plate.
Use some Shoe Goo or E6000 on the front edge to keep any liner from slipping fwd.

Hobby Lobby, in the fabrics department sell a thin polyester mat like sheet product, about an 1/8" thick at most, in a dark grey/black color. I have used it as a structural cover to glue over motorcycle seat foam before the seat cover is applied. It worked very well to smooth/blend over little surface issues in the foam. I think the standard roll length is 36", so you can buy as much square footage needed, cuts easily with an industrial style scissors.

Aren't those 29" deep? 🤔

The Harbor Freight drawer liners are pretty good! Surprised me as they don't move and the tools placed on them don't move. I do find that after a while the tools stick a bit to the liner but nothing permanent.

A lot of floor runners are 27” wide and you can buy it by the foot at Home Depot. That’s what’s in the bottom of the boxes on my work truck
That is what I have used forever in toolbox bottoms, socket boxes, and drawers. Easily removed for cleaning too.

NSI (NuSource) regular or extra tacky drawer liner is awesome. Its really hard to choose between the two for me, they usually have a special for a roll.

The stuff from China smells, check if you are tempted to buy. But don't I warned you.

The roll from NSI is made in America and has zero offgasing that I can smell, very nice product. Do a research on NSI on GJ or go back to Snap-On if you want pre-cut, your master series box deserves quality liner. Plus you can add the liner to the small sliding drawer inserts and may have enough if you buy a side locker or top box.

Rubber backed Indoor/Outdoor carpet works great.

Very cheap. Easy to cut to size. Does not slide around. Tools don't slide around.

I've used this in the past. Works well and the price is right. Harder to find with a rubber backing on it now though.

I recently bought 2 rolls of unopened cork underpayment at an estate sale. I plan on using it to line a vintage SO rollaway that picked up at a garage sale. It’s about 1/8” thick.

I uses 3m black spray can undercoating on mine. part number 8883 (or you may find it as 08883) goes on thick and dries hard to a non skid surface. I've had my 5 drawers of my craftsman rolling cart done for a few years and they still look like new. The top drawer is files and punches/pins... other drawers have bigger hammers and my Sawszall in it. They have all held up good.

I asked this same question in 2017 or 2018 and got similar answers. I cant seem to find the pictures anywhere.

I just found this stuff & I think it'll be perfect

The foil (1 side only) peels away easily. Its thin, firm, black EVA that is oil resistant & non-skid.
Exactly what I was looking for in a drawer liner. Bonus that it's inexpensive.

If you have a Home Outlet near you, check it out.
