Wife and I have bought a property north of Table Rock lake on sw Missouri. I am thinking a 5 bay open shed framed for doors for now To get vehicles and tractors out of the weather. Most of my good tools will live in van trailer. Funds are a bit limited till we sell our property in Kansas. When our property in Kansas sells I will build my dream shop again.
I am open to steel to post frame construction.
I have a 60x80 and a 40x80 buildings now I Kansas which is for sale, I am going to have to do a little bit of downsizing 😩
does anyone have a recommendation of a quality builder in the sw corner of Missouri, too damn old and crippled to build myself. 😩
looking for value, willing to pay for good work.

Check with Adams Truss or Floyd metal buildings. They offer nice building packages and I believe they have crews to erect them as well. They're both in northwest Arkansas. My shop is an old Floyds steel web truss frame I bought second hand.

Mills concrete in Nixa is the best around. I was my own GC in 2020, used Mills for flatwork and poured walls, Joplin Truss (Sarcoxie) and Amish labor for whatever I could not or did not have time to do.

Thanks for the help.
right now I am leaning towards garages and more out of Neosho Missouri I like the salesman so far, don’t know anything about their work.
Also QSI buildings I have used them before and been well pleased.
Opinions welcome, I don’t know any Amish builders or how to find a good one.

Just had Gingerich Structures (Formerly Farm & Home Structures) build my 50x70x16. Their build crew was all Amish and they were fantastic. They work in Missouri, and I can't recommend them enough. So great to work with. The lake community I live on had QSI build a shop for boating equipment at the bottom of our dam and I can tell you it looks like a home depot shed compared to mine. In particular the metal work looks poor and their gutters aren't color matched.
