Can anyone tell me if Performance Epoxy-Coat floor coating supply a really good diy and a commercial epoxy, are they really better than most coatings.

If so, they make good commercial product. You may want to check with some of the vendors that participate here at the Garage Journal. Many supply similar product and include GJ discounts as well.
