It depends what you are going to run with it . You need to know how many cfm the tools require that you are going to use . Then purchase a compressor that fits those requirments. For example running a bead blast cabnet require's a large amount of air for continuos use. The compressors you provided would not do the job , you would be waiting a long time for them to catchup. The compressor's you are looking @ are similar in quality.

When it comes to compressors, bigger is better 99.9% of the time. Get something from a well known brand with a good warranty.

Those all look like the standard basic 60 gal vertical, singe stage, semi loud, home owner grade. Not bad for the home shop, but try to see if you can find a used industrial compressor such as a quincy, kellog, IR or the like. Although I am not sure what your used compressor market is like north of the border
