I have seen this a few times. I haven't added a specific one, nor updated settings on Chrome in the half-year owning this phone.

I had that the other day when I inadvertently tried logging it with a browser that I haven't used in some time

happens to me every time I need to logon..started a couple weeks ago..just annoying to me..but not fatal
