I ordered a Bendpak HD-9XW on 03/07. I called the dealer yesterday to inquire about the lift and I was told my lift hasn't been manufactured yet. I called Bendpak to see what the timeline usually is and the rep told me the lifts are made to order and there is a 2 month lead time on the HD-9XW, I should have it by May sometime. MAY?! :rant:I know Bendpak is good but I don't know if it's wait two months good over the competition. Can I ask what the wait time on any other Bendpak users was, please? I am thinking about canceling it and going with another brand at this point. Scott

It took six weeks for my Challenger lift to be delivered after I ordered it. To be fair, one of those weeks was during the Christmas \ New Years holiday, so I don't know if the rep ordered it the day I told him too, or if he waited till the first of the year.

6 weeks for mine (Triumph C7000). You just gotta get the timing right. If I would have ordered two weeks ago it would already be installed.

i gave up after two months on a USA made Challenger. I drive twenty miles to a GregSmith Equipment showroom and bought an instock Chinese made lift. It's a sad realilty that you can get something from China sooner than an item supposedly manufactured here in the states.

I bought that same model a couple years ago and my delivery schedule was similar to yours.

I had it delivered to my work place because we had forklifts to unload it. I don't know if that helped speed it up or not. On bulk items I think residential delivery takes longer.
