Long time lurker first time posting. I have been reading and drooling over your shops and tools for many years now.
I have FINALLY gotten to where I can build something on my property. Thinking about building something that can fit two trucks, lift and room to grow. It also will have an upstairs apartment in it as I have a special needs son and we hope that someday he'll be able to live up there with some independence.
The problem lies in the fact that I already have a 30x30 building on my lot to park the boat and store my **** and yard stuff. And I have to build this building in front of it. I can't figure out how to either tie them in or what to do. Or to just tear that down all together but that would ****.
