After reading numerous threads I tried to download the trial version of loop cad and it will not download on my pc. any suggestions, my garage is 30'x40' x 12'6" one overhead door 12'x12' and one 9'x9' on opposite 30' wall, R20in Walls and R40 in attic. I am running 1/2" pex with 250' runs, thinking 7 runs or loops. looking for a layout, drawing or any info that would help. I appreciate any input, Thanks in advance. Awesome site and very well done. Cheers

I would try cad loop again. I used it to do my shed. It did a great job and just go the thing hooked up this year and it works great!

I used graph paper. Loop CAD was pretty crude, ironically. I got better results with paper and pencil. It was simpler to figure out how to make the loops the same length and get the hot sides where I wanted.

Thanks guys for the comments I was able to download one and with some fine tuning I think this will work. Is a engineers drawing needed for building inspector?
