Hey guys....gotta situation with a (relatively) new Delta bathroom faucet in that the spout (itself) can be wiggled side to side....maybe 1/4" to 1/2" both directions. The nuts, under the lavatory, are tight just the spout moves if your hand/elbow bumps into it. I've looked, at Delta's website, to see if there's an exploded drawing, hoping to find a solution, but no joy. Any thoughts/solution is appreciated....thanks.

Is it a widespread 3 separate hole faucet?
Thats the only thing I could think of where a single component would be moving around. Idk.

If so , maybe the nut is bottomed out on the threads but the sink or the vanity top is not thick enough , so it's loose. Or the threads are damaged and you think its tight but is bound up and stopped before its actually tight.

Possible you need a shim between the nut and sink / vanity.

I have seen some spouts that the nut under the handle has to be adjusted so the bottom one will tighten up. Remove handle and see if the spout cover will remove and get down to a nut that will adjust.
