Agree on Goodwill, around here they don't have tools. The Habitat for Humanity Re-Store is a different story, but I've yet to find anything good at the local store.
I bought an older Williams M-51 Superratchet that felt like it needed rebuilt, took it apart and there was a pin inside that had snapped. Finally made a new pin, when I lost the f#@king ball bearing the pawl rides on. Of course, the bearing is not a standard size and I couldn't even find one at work or at the hardware store. So now the pieces of that ratchet reside in a Ziploc bag, same one I should have dismantled it in.
