I think the moderators do a good job of keeping us from getting too deep into fights or politics here, which is a good thing, but the negotiating topic on free parking was just shut down, and I am scratching my head a little. Didn't see a fight or politics. May not have been the most important or informative, but we have the one word title transference game, so that doesn't seem to be an issue. I went over the rules, am I missing something?

I get it, didn't know things got shut down for that reason, but that is about all I could think of, lots of opinions about other people's opinions.

I'm guessing, as I didn't close it, that it had went on long enough with some bickering of going back and forth. I read part of it at the beginning and the last few pages.

Threads like that can have decent debate going on, can turn quite fast. . . from a good conversation to a serious ******* match in half dozen posts.

Yeah, what's the point? Enlightenment? Every guy thinks he's god's gift to negotiations, so where is the thread going to go? It had 13 pages.. best nip it in the bud before the inevitable.

Didn't miss it being closed, honestly... some things run their course and become an easy target for bicker seeds, so yeah, it was fun while it lasted, but it's gone, RIP and all that.
