Low cost urd cable

Hi everyone can anyone suggest where i might be able to go on line and find low cost urd cable , i am buying a home in arizona and the home has a 100 amp service , i want to upgrade the service to 200 amp and need to run a burried cable 110 feet from the pole where the outside main and meter is to the home to the main breaker box i was procing around here in az. and they want 2.50 a foot for aluminum 4 out urd thanks frank:

I think the shipping would eat up any savings. What cable are you looking for? 4/0-4/0-4/0-4/0-4/0-2/0? Or 4/0-4/0-2/0-4? Or you could go with individual aluminum XHHW individual conductors and conduit. Is the $2.50/ft you are seeing for cable or individual conductor?

I think sir this is for the 2hots and one ground in one cable for the meter thanks frank

where in AZ? Most places seem to be under NEC 2008, I believe you need 4 wires not 3 from your meter / disconnect to the house.
