Is Rust Bullet the only coating that doesn't require an acid etch or grind for adhesion?

Literally hundreds of people have purchased Rust Bullet after seeing it on the forum. It is definitely the lowest prep product out there. Keep in mind if you have a sealer or super smooth floor, some prep would be required

will an acid etch be sufficient for rust bullet? I don't know if my floor has a sealer but its pretty smooth. The house was built in 1968 and I assume the garage is the same age. I've power washed/degreased twice but there are still some stains.

If you acid etch, neutralize and completely rinse and allow to dry, it is more than sufficient. All trace of the acid must be removed. Often it is easier to just use a sanding screen and just lightly sand the floor. Use 90-100 grit. Typically Rust Bullet does not require much prep

I used the polyurea from garage flooring with only acid etching and it came out great! Very easy to work with as well and it's a big bonus if your doing it by yourself
