Low pressure boiler questions

I found a Carrier PWB-3D boiler for sale for a great price, and was hoping to get some info before buying. It's intended for radiant floor heat for my shop.
* The unit calls for a water supply, which I do not have in the building, so I was wondering if a tank/reservoir system could be used.
*I believe it's currently set up to burn NG, can it be modified for LPG?
*Does anyone have any experience and/or recommendations on these units?

Thanks in advance for your help!

you could but add a flow switch and a low water cut out also a pressure gauge. also add a hose bib connection to fill and pressurize it.
