Low Profile T8 Strip Light Fixtures?

My garage doors ride really close to the ceiling when opened, about 3" or so clearance, but I need to put two lights there above each door. Looking for some low profile fixtures that I can use the same T8 4ft LED bulbs in as the rest of the shop to keep everything uniform.

The below is all I've found so far, and they're pretty spendy. I'd prefer to get two-tube fixtures, probably four of them.

These fixtures have covers but you don't have to use them and are less than 3" thick.

I considered that, but really would like to use the LED bulbs I already have, plus keep it consistent.

That's awesome, thanks for the picture! Still a little pricey, but I would only need 4 of them instead of 8, so that might be the way to go. I'm sure I could get away with not using the diffuser.

These hang down about 1.25in. They can be chained together. The light color is not correct. There the same color as a full spectrum t8.
