The tool box is getting really full and I don't want to replace my KRL722 with an Epiq...ok well I want to, but I don't want to go into debt to Snappy again, so I am hoping some more organization will help.

I tried these, but they are too high for the thinner drawers in my 722 (and even the thinner CM drawers at the store, which you would think they would have considered in designing it):

I am sure there is a thread here about this, but searching on the phone is a nightmare. Would appreciate pictures of them in thin drawers too.

Thanks in advance.

Thinner? Sounds like you need a new box. I have four that fit just find in my master hand box. Lol. And I even let them set on top of the slot for easier grabbing. :dunno:

I have metal trays from Mac or VIM tool. they will hold up to 21mm in a 2in drawer. I thing they work much better than plastic version.

Part #V515 from Vimtools

I use the holders made by wrench wrack there a rubbery kinda material and can be trimmed to fit as many wrenches as you want. I also have a box that's getting to small and have my wrench drawer packed the gills with these holders

Cool, thanks for all the suggestions. Right now I am trying to consolidate all my wrenches into one drawer. At the moment I have them in a drawer and a half.

Same here sk all minus my matric regular and ratcheting and long platinum ratcheting spline wrenches all my standard and matric wrenches and Allen wrenches and crows feet are neatly consolidated into a single drawer. It's tough but I just can't stomach buying a bigger box I'd rather have the tools and not have all my plastic trays and have tons of room in between them

A drawer and a half, dang man, mine take up seven drawers in my box currently. I did just buy the low pro ernst and the normal ernst to try out and see which one works better so I can get them closer and free up some much needed room in my box.

Do they make a rack like that CM one with the slots facing the other way so you can have both racks sit next together and still read the backwards wrenchs?

Can you move your wrenches to the 3" high extra wide drawer? I'm using regular Ernst rails. Flatter rails will take up a larger footprint.

Here is my KRL722 wrench drawer.
