I have a low spot in my garage where water will gather. Its not huge but annoying to always squeege in out. What can i do to level it or is there a product that can fill it in?

In meantime, take some PIC's to SHOW us what you've got. Put a long straight edge like a level or nice 8 ft 2x4 to MEASURE how much gap you have.
Also, UPDATE GJ Profile with a Location to get best advice.

How low is the low spot?
Get a long straight edge and place over to see.
Anyway...
If subtle, a mixture of epoxy resin and dry-sand can be used to fill a low spot.

I would think you would want to use some type of a 'self-leveling' compound mix.

We only use MG-Krete Fine at imcotechnologies.com on all our "bird baths" in concrete. You can go any thickness up to 36" deep and taper it to zero. If you get the surface clean and dry, you can not delaminate it. i have spall mark repairs on my driveway that are over 11 years old. It's completely waterproof and impervious to anything in the garage and gets to over 11,000 psi. Good luck
