Low Temp Thermostat For Meat Hanging?

Hello,

I am looking for a thermostat capable of holding the room temperature around 0C. I plan on hooking it up to a small baseboard heater and using it solely whenever I have an animal hanging in the garage.

Is there any thermostats that you guys would recommend. I can't seem to find anything around 0C. Nothing in the garage will freeze so that's not a concern.

Maybe something like this ? Grainger or any HVAC store has them also. The T-stat bought has to be matched with the voltage of your heater. Either 240 or 120 volt. Most have the option of wiring for closing of their contacts on heat rise or fall. JMO
