Low visibility screen material/door?

I weld in a small 1 car garage with a lift up door on the front that has a man door in one side of it. I'd like to have the man door open with an exhaust fan blowing out of it while I'm welding, but I don't like having people peering into my workspace as they walk by.

Can anyone recommend some kind of screen material that I could either mount on a door, or roll above the door and drop down when I want to leave the door open? Something that will allow airflow but cut down on visibility?

Maybe a set of louvers angled up or down. Not sure what else would block visibility without blocking airflow significantly

I didn't know such a thing existed. A quick googling shows that is exactly what I need.
