Lowered cars and 4 post rolling jacks

Hi all, long time reader here. I've basically narrowed down which lift I'm getting.

I've read, I think, all the 4 post vs 2 post debates. But I've yet to see anything about using the rolling jack on a lowered car. The RJ in question is a 7k with 6-1/4 lowest height without the pad. So 7 ish.
Is the solution the same as with a 2 post lift to just drive onto some wood?
is this maybe the biggest gripe I'll have with a 4 post? Lol

Are you sure about the 6.25" when lowered and installed on the lift? Our sliding (not rolling) is about 5 cm above the ramps and we drive our low cars on the lift all the time with no problem.

EDIT: about 2 inches in freedom units:

I have Bendpak RJ-45 low profile version that is de-rated to 3500 lbs, I think. It is a little over 2 inches above the runners as I recall. There is a thread on low profile bridge jacks, I think, with some pictures showing measuring tapes and jacks so you can see the height. I can get my lowered turbocharged E36 M3 on my HD-9XW. Have to use 4 foot ramps to get on the lift.

only issue I've ran into with lowered cars and bridge jacks are the manually pumped versions.. If air/hyd bridge jack clearance wasn't an issue for lowered GT3 or GTR/M3
