my post office still has them, just picked up a bunch not long ago because i heard they are changing the set up also.
now, for all you veterns of any branch of the armed forces can show your discharge papers and get 10 percent off also. my local menards and hd also matches that offer from lowes for veterans. my local lowes also double stacked the veterans discount and project starters for 20% total.

The mail in ones have been out for at least 2 years now. If your post office still has the non mail in ones, they must be some old stuff.

I just pull out my oold military ID and get 10% off . All vets and current service members get 10% off everyday .

My local PO still have boxes of them! The ones I have are good till June 2010 and up to $500 dollars off on up to $5000 purchase.
