yes it can. the 7% comes back off the total, so it is based off the same amount the 15% will be on

I’m slightly annoyed, unfortunately I live 89 miles from the nearest lowe’s store and the online system quotes $999 for delivery instead of their standard $79 delivery fee within 75 miles. I chose pick up for free.

Lowe’s emailed me the 15% rebate link today. Assuming they don’t credit me on the sales tax, the rebate for my fridge and 5 year warranty plan should be $287.86. My net will be $1657 on a $1899 fridge with $209 5 year warranty after 10% off coupon (thanks gamp945!), $129 from BeFrugal, and this $287.86 credit. Walking into the store to purchase with no deals would’ve cost me $2280, saving 27.3% is a great deal.
