lowes 569.00$ delta table saw

Has anyone taken notice that the 569.00$ price on the delta table saw only lasted as long as no one had any in stock. Now that they are back in stock the price went back up to 599.00$. thanks lowes

The Delta saws have been made overseas for over 30 years. The 10" Contractor's saw is a good saw but they don't make the one I had anymore. Last I saw they were 800+ bucks.

The Delta Unisaw is still made in the USA.

BTW... if your basing you purchasing decision on 30 bucks... as my father would say; "You probably can't afford it in the first place!"

Right. I wasn't thinking of the Unisaw but I'll wager not 100% of it is made in the USA.

I bought a Unisaw to give as a gift less than a year ago and it was "Made in the USA of Global Components" or some words like that. So, unless something has changed recently I assume It's still USA made.

I sure wish a company like SawStop would make theirs here. I love the blade stop technology, but just can't bring myself to purchase a foreign made tablesaw when there's a USA made alternative.
