What about just signing up for it at lowes website? I know it can take a few days but it would be free.

http://www.lowes.com/ search for "moving coupon"

I wish they still had them at the post office since that was easier. Last time I got the pack, it just pointed me to the website.

I've had my eye on that Kobalt portable table saw for a couple of weeks now. It looks like it has good reviews on the website. Does anyone have experience with it?

I was in my local Lowes last night. Thereseems to be stuff stacked in the isles that aren't in the BF ad. I think last year the had one of those folding ladders made by Werner. I didn't see it in the ad scan but there is a large stack of them in the store. Also a Bostitch compressor with 3 tools. There are some other things that I can't remember off hand. Maybe they are in the ad and I just over looked them.

You know whats sad they have this 3 in 1 led light that Harbor Freight gives out for free for $4.97 ????

and that's the Black Friday Price? that's their regular price what a joke.

I got 3 of the blue ones in every room. When the batteries die, they go in the trash. I do use the heck out of them working on the cars though!

Only thing I see possibly worthwhile at Lowes this year is the stainless shopvac. Since my old one is dying I jumped on this. Sale price is live online today. Went ahead and ordered it for store pickup. Will wait until Saturday for the crowds to go away.

I don't get Lowes at all.

Much of the Black Friday inventory I looked at from the circular was still marked with huge, non-Black Friday price tags. How do they expect to sell all that stuff if they don't put the BF pricing signs up? Plenty of staff who kept bugging me, no customers.

I just got back from Lowes. I did not bother waking up early and it was very peaceful in there. They still had stacks of BF stuff, like nobody was buying. I asked an employee if it was crazy earlier and he said it was just like a normal day. I went ahead and got the Kobalt table saw, they let me stack the military 10% off so it came to $179 before taxes.

I have to admit, I did not bother going into Lowes at all this BF year! Thought about the 12" dewalt saw blade, but could get a better deal on that in a multipack of 2, which isn't offered on sale! OR, people on the HF site talk about problems with the Dewalt blade quality (wobble) and how the HF one is much better! So why not get one there? Lowes must be swimming in cash to not need to compete much this BF. I think it will hurt their profits for the quarter for sure!

Home Depot did have customers here early today, but not too many. No problems getting around in the store fast with a big cart anywhere. Menards here had a line literally 1000 people and a football field doubled over long trying to get in! Easily 100x the Lowes traffic or 20x HD. That's what lower prices and customer service can do. Sell more stuff cheaper and make more money than selling very few things at really high prices. - Paul

Lowes and HD also shot their own feet by not trying to lure in Women shoppers. Bad enough there weren't many great buys for men, but only thing I saw women buying were pointsetias.

CONVERSELY . . . Holy **** Menards knows how to grab the customer !! There were women EVERYWHERE in Menards and their carts were slammed full of all kinds of **** like wrapping paper, housewares, stuffed animals, and what not.

Literally, I was shocked that Menards . . . .
. . . . yes, literally had 500x to 1000x the # of customers than Lowes or HD. :shocking:
