Hi Everyone,
First time to post on this site. If anyone is interested in some Ingersoll Rand impact sockets Lowe's has this set cheaper than any other place I have found. This is an 86 piece set that has both regular and deep in 3/8 and 1/2 drive.

http://www.lowes.com/pd_486313-2830...L=?Ns=p_product_qty_sales_dollar|1&facetInfo=

I also used a 10% off coupon that I found by searching the internet. My only complaint is there is no 12mm in 3\8 drive.

Wow thats a great deal!

I did a review on them....it is one extremely heavy case of sockets!

Retailmenot.com has a 10% coupon code that I've used on most of my Lowe's finds.

Picked these up today for $1.00 each. Bought 12 of them to give out as gifts.

The customer service lady helping me was mad i wanted to buy all 12, she wanted some of them. I ordered 6 online and know they would have canceled if I didn't hurry in to get them. They had to look and finally found them in the overhead. Their inventory said they had 12 but they found 18 so i said i wanted to buy 6 more. A guy standing there heard us talking about them and bought the other 6.

There is still inventory in stores throughout western wa for anyone interested. Nice LED light, 2 for $1.

Not sure if these are better than the double pack, but they are $2.16 at my local store.

Item #: 242997

They are better because they take AAs the other ones take D batteries I hardly see them for sale anymore maybe i'm not looking hard enough.

And only 5 lumens for those big lights vs 75 for these. Shorter battery life though.

I noticed this same set is on Amazon for the same price as Lowe's with the 10% discount. I have Prime so the faster shipping tilted me in favor of ordering from Amazon. There are 4 sets left on Amazon.

So do you keep all this stuff? All I'm seeing in my head is a whole lot of clutter.

For the most part, No.
I share my good fortune with a multitude of friends.

For instance, I will keep 1 of the 500 flashlights for wife's Durango
I will keep 1 of the toolboxes for welding cart I am going to build.

Everything else will be distributed to friends/family

My Lowes seems to never have any of these good clearance items. I can't find any of these tool boxes anywhere in central pa. But I did get a Wiss 20ga long aviation snips for $3. Item 85891.

I'm new so im a little lost on what you guys actually do with this. Im not sure how the prices in California or Florida are going to help someone from Pennsylvania. Do you type in the provided zip and get the really discounted item from Florida sent to PA? If not someone please explain to me

Here ya go..... You may want to refer to the 1st post.

New year, new thread! Let's try to repeat the same greatness from last year.

Location of your deal is the key to helping out!

Item name:
Price:
Store ZIP Code OR CITY:
Item # (if there are many with similar name/description):

Location is the key to the price, but there is a good chance that if they go on clearance in one area, they will be, or soon will be on clearance in your area. It's more of a heads up to keep a look out. There have been a few where it took a few weeks for the prices in my area to match what I see on here, and there have been a few where my area was completely sold out before I see the deal there or on here.

Typically the discounted prices are in that store only, and they will not ship. Typically if you order for shipping they will be full price, or at least at a lesser discount.

I found a price checker tool last night and it is great. I downloaded it and had to do some tweaking for the missing files. After that I customized the stores list for ones that are in my area and have been happily searching for items and filtering out ones that have clearance prices:
