When I break up an order into multiples to use coupons, I always call them to confirm the multiple orders. They tend to think you clicked through too many times and want to cancel the additional orders. it also lets them pack the order as one bulk order (pavers, tiles, etc) rather than a bunch of small orders.

This.

I ordered the metal studs for my basement remodel in a series of 5 orders (so I could use the coupon each time). I made sure to call after the first order and advise them I was placing a bunch of the "same" orders, on purpose. That way none of them were cancelled for no reason.

YMMV, but Werner MT-17 Multiladders are $119 through the 23rd. Paid $107.10 with 10% discount. Normal price is $159 for this fine piece of Chinese craftsmanship. I bought one as it should hopefully be the last ladder I need.

I happen to be traveling through VA and did a search on the internet in Richmond VA. I found 2 units there at the low price. I went on line and used the coupon and it worked great. I got into Richmond a few minutes ago and the store is closed but I am spending the night in their parking lot and will pick them up in the morning when they open.

I picked up the blue hawk brand folding horses for 19.99 for the pair. I also got the portable 5 gal shop vac on sale too. These aren't clearance and should be national sale items. The last things I bought were a troy bilt trimmer with free trimmer-plus edger attachment. I also used my veteran discount on all of these items.

Those buying tool chest
Reviews on the tool chest ****. I took the chance a few weeks ago when i found one in the store. brought it home, opened the box and just like the reviews state, it was dented and bottom drawer wouldnt not open. I would highly suggest opening those packages in the store.

Also the hitachi C12FDH Miter Saw is marked down to $199. Don't know how good a deal that is, but it seems good especially if you stack it with a coupon.

If you only got the top box, you should have got the free bottom box as well from what I can tell! Go back and check you email from your on line order.

Look at your "Order Is in Process" page if you ordered it on line for store pickup.. (Seem Image Below) "It says 12-in x 17.5-in 5-Drawer Ball-Bearing Steel Tool Chest (Black) with Free 37.4-in x 26.5-in 5-Drawer, Item #:475927 Model #: SHS2013PROMOTOP "

I am just trying to share information and not promoting or suggesting anyone to download anything, any .exe file has an inherent risk, maybe someone else can vouch for this or tell you to stay away, I believe someone mentioned malware in a previous post. It would be nice to find a way to check store inventory without having to install anything, if anyone knows please share. :thumbup:

I have that on my order too. I assume it is leftover wording from black Friday. Originally the deal was to buy the top chest for $169 and get the bottom chest for free. Please keep us updated if you get the bottom chest purchase price refunded.

This is an interesting way to go about it and i don't fault you for trying. It is my understand that the black friday special was "buy the top get the bottom free" which is the reason why the "original price" of this top is so inflated. There is nothing about this set that is worth anything over $100.

Keep us posted, i would love to hear what happens. If i had to guess, maybe they will offer you a deeper discount. I doubt they will be able to source a free lower cabinet.

Honestly I assumed that's why it was even posted.

Even at $40 with the coupon a 12" x 17" box is tiny, and definitely not worth $40 IMO.

I spoke with store and customer service and sent them the email they sent me back to them. When I get an answer back I will keep you all informed..

That's not what that means. In the store it's "two for the price of one" but online it's half price (but for just one). Lowes does it like this sometimes.

The majority are incompetent. I've watched a woman walk directly up to my order, which consisted of 3 large boxes sitting on a flat bed cart, then turn around and tell me that it was a non-stock item and that they didn't have it.
