Okay... here's the deal. You can buy the Bosch PB360S for Memorial Day from Lowes for $149.99 on sale. It has a FREE 18v Slim Pack with it.

If you used your 5% eBates and 10% Lowes coupon, that'd make it $127.50.

Bosch is also running a MIR for two 18v slim batteries for free with a PB360S purchase until June 16th.

So, for $127.50, you get the radio/charger plus THREE 18v batteries. Woot!

Amazon now lowered their price to $129.99 with the $20 instant discount, so the price is slightly less plus you may not pay tax.

However, I ordered mine from Lowes and got free shipping, 5% eBates cash back, 5% Lowes card discount, and used my 10% coupon... and it shipped FedEx Home Delivery and will be here today. :)

These are really nice units. I got the PB360D recently with Amazon applying the $40 off $200 coupon twice for me for some reason :D It did not come with a battery as this promo does here, but I was able to get the 2 free battery MIR. Mine ended up being $140.

The 'D' version has support for Sirius radio, has a remote, a backlit display, 4 GFCI outlets vs. standard outlets, and is 50 watts vs. 26 I believe. The Sirius support is limited to a specific number of head units so that blows - but that is Sirius' fault, not Bosch's.

I have never used the S version but I have no reason to believe it would be anything other than great. Being able to play songs from a USB memory key and SD card are really nice bonuses. You can charge 14v or 18V Lithium batteries, and it has a cigarette adapter for cell phone charging, etc. I am unsure why they stopped short of adding the one missing feature, which is a port to charge Bosch 12V batts - very odd to me.

It is around 25 lbs so it's not a lightweight. I love mine!

I bought two Bosch power tools a while back that offered a rebate of two free batteries. Just received them! Definitely pleased with Bosch.
