It now lists the 11pc Kobalt wrench set as no longer available on lowes.com No email or call about my order of two sets. This certian store is usually pretty good with communication. We shall see.
Just an update. I got my order for the 34-pc wrench set delivered this morning. Funny thing is that I just received an email stating that there was a pricing mistake and that my order will be cancelled and any charges will be refunded.

I got a pricing error email today on my order. Except it was for the 1/2" SAE socket set that I added to match the metric set with the great pricing. I paid $29.98 for the SAE set and they just refunded me $15 because, according to them, I should have only paid $14.98 (which is the current price).
I picked my order of sockets up before the mass emails went out, but I also only bought sockets and not the wrenches. I am wrench rich so I really didn't need them.

I just got an email stating certain items I ordered (and it listed them) were priced incorrectly, and any orders for them would be cancelled and I would be refunded.
The thing is, the items the listed? I picked up yesterday in store and they all honored the incorrect prices.
Be interesting to see if Lowes credits back ALL orders, even those that were picked up.

They sent me a email saying my order was cancelled because of pricing error but I already made the drive here to Lowe's. Went to customer service Ready to fight But I got the order no problem didn't even say a word about it getting cancelled.

so whoever has got a phone call or email saying your order is cancelled go try and pick theM up anyway they may not actually be cancelled.
I can understand any firm having the type of issue that Lowes encountered, but I would expect better damage control and subsequent handling of the situation. I had picked up my order yesterday at Lowes. The clerk and manager realized the situation with multiple mispricings, yet honored my order. Today I got the 'We're sorry' email.

Yeah, I had placed 3 orders for in store pickup.
First one the girl at the "online order pickup" area grabbed my items then had a 5 minute pow wow with some management. Walked up to me with my stuff and said under her breath, "great deal you got here....you are the first and last to get it", so they honored it mostly because they didnt catch it themselves
Second order, different store but only about 15 minutes later....walked in, walked out with my stuff. No one batted an eye
Third order, this time for the Bosch rotary hammer drill (normally 239, website had it for 9.98). Cancelled, phone call from store and manager telling me in person it was a price mistake and he wouldnt honor it. I didnt argue, because he was honest about it.
Later placed a fourth order for delivery, for that Bosch hammer drill. Got an email from a Lowes corp. employee today saying it was cancelled.

Well got off the phone with lowes after being hung up on twice the third person told me they can't honer the lower price i am upset but what are you going to do. I think they handled this poorly the right thing to do is honer the orders that went through since this was there mistake they could have made alot of happy customers but instead they made alot up upset customers.

Only in some states. In some states stores have to honor price mistakes by law. I don't know how that applies to Internet sales. I'll bet brick and mortar stores are a lot more careful on having correct prices if they are required to honor mistakes.
I do find that most brick and mortar stores will honor the price on the shelf if it is lower than the register price. They generally won't honor a lower price on their website if it is a mistake.

Easy, you may hurt someones feelings. Evidently cussing is allowed, but that is not.
