Lowes Mr.Heater ?

Good day all. I am interested in the 45,000 Mr.heater. The one at Lowes states it is a "Mr. Heater 45000 BTU Solar Fusion Gas Space Heater"
Whats is solar fusion?

It is very similar to a "Mr. Fusion", which is a device that uses common household garbage to create power. "Doc" Brown used one to power the Flux Capacitor on his Delorean based time machine.

Looks like the same NG heater they've had all along...?

Maybe adding the words "solar fusion" will be good for 50 bucks more on the price....selling you a little "blue sky"

Thanks for that link, but how the hell did you find it? (I want the 75K BTU version.) I did a search, then another, and another and nothing remotely useful comes up!

I suppose if they gave me a veteran's 10% discount, I could get two of these and it'd be equal, but sure not the right way to do it!

Thanks! Of course, seems that you can't order this online for store delivery, and none of the stores have it in stock! I'll give their 800 number a call next week and see what's up--wonder if they'll give me a 10% veteran's discount too?

I bought mine for $549 at Northern Tool which a few months ago was the cheapest i could find. I bought the Propane version.

Only problem is that Northern Tool has shipping, and I'd hope that Lowes would allow (free) shipping to the nearest store.
