show me where there is one usa made Tekton ratchet. I'll wait.

Also, show me one foreign made snap on ratchet. Again, i'll also wait

I’ll wait while you show me where I said either of those things. “Tools” encompasses a lot more than just ratchets.

I’ve never taken soap art a ratchet or oiled one, intentionally. My go-to ratchet is a Craftsman USA made, from around 2003. Even though I have nicer Proto ratchets, I keep going back to old trusty. Of course, every oil change I do oils whatever tools I am using, for that job.

The ratchet I use the most (3/8" Gearwrench 84 tooth) gets soaked in used 5W40 oil every 3000 miles (long story), and I always figured that was enough lubrication, but you guys have me thinking - I think I'll look around for some Super Lube next time I'm at HF.
