I have a Siemens 200 amp disconnect running from the 320 amp meter base to a 200 amp panel with 4/0, 4/0, 4/0, 2/0 to a 200 amp panel. My problem is that the small lug for the bond is too small for 2/0 wire. What are my options?

That is for the load center. I need something for the disconnect. The only way that would work would be if one of the forks would fit into the present lug (and if it would be acceptable to the inspector) and the 2/0 would have to be run in from the side.

Those wires sizes sound like URD cable, specifically power company wire. Is it three black 4/0's with a 2/0 black with a yellow stripe?

You may have an issue if any of this cable entered a building as it is straight rated USE cable and is not allowed to enter a structure.

EDIT TO ADD:

I just noticed Southwire makes mobile home feeder in this size as well. They also make a 4/0 4/0 2/0 #4 which would be more appropriate for a subpanel.

The meter base is on a pedestal wall approximately 30 ft from the load center. The lines then run to the disconnect on the same wall, which becomes the main panel. The conduit will run from the disconnect under a slab for the new addition to the old main load center that will now become the sub panel. I asked the inspector what size to run. He said that they cannot answer design questions but the supply house would know. They told me to run 4/0, 4/0, 4/0, 2/0, and sold me the wire. I have already run the conduit and wire from the disconnect. Waiting for the power company to disconnect the meter from the load center so I can connect to the new cable. The inspector comes Monday then I can bury the conduit. The three 4/0s are black, black with red stripes, and black with white stripes, and the 2/0 is bare. If I have been advised wrong, I have wasted a lot of money and time, and will have to do it all over.
