Hi, guys. I've seen some nifty older Snap On hand-carry tool boxes with cantilever trays recently on Garage Journal. Then Sunday at a local flea mkt I found one that looks very similar to that style, but it seems to be unmarked. Do any of you recognize this box, and have any idea what brand it may be?

The color looks off, but it's been oversprayed more than once over the years, I think.

I opens nicely, and seems to be in pretty good shape overall.

The seller also had these two nifty little socket trays. The gray one looks to be older...maybe 1940's or '50's? The following photo also shows you more of the bottom of the old tote box color which I assume was original...bright red.

Anyway, I got a great price, so it doesn't really matter what brand it is. Except that I need another tool tote box like a HOLE IN THE HEAD! :lol_hitti

Anyone got any guesses? Thanks in advance.

I have one like it except mine is still new. I bought it for my 12vdc electrical wireing kit, I don't like it so may put on fleabay to get rid of.

Thanks for the input, guys. I've got WAY too many tool boxes of this size, but you can see the price on the top of this box, so I figured it was worth taking home. I've got to sort out all my hand-carry tool boxes, and settle on one or two to keep, and sell or trade the rest of them.

I really appreciate your help.
