Lurker from West Georgia

I've been lurking for a while, but now am starting on my shop, so I figured I'd introduce myself. I live west of Atlanta. I currently have a "normal" 2 car garage which is currently has 2/3 of a '57 Chevy and tools in it. I just started on my "shop" project. Building a 24x26 shop in the back yard (largest I could go because of zoning) and will be relocating all my stuff to it. Once I get underway, I'll start a build thread. I'm decently handy and will be doing most of the work myself. I'm slowly teaching myself skills as I restore my car. I do "computer stuff" by day and have a house full of kids as well, so I do not get a lot of time to tinker.

I built a 24' x 24' 20 years ago. I built one with a barn style roof so I would have plenty of upstairs storage/work area and am glad I did. Wish I had built at least a 24" x 32' so I'd have room for 2 cars and room to work in the end. Wish I had built a 10' ceiling so I could put in a lift.
