Hi, I found this site a while back while looking for some organization help for my townhomes deep 1 car. Got that mess cleaned up and then I had kind of forgotten about the site.
Skip forward a couple years and I am in the market for a new house (while renting the town home out and living with my inlaws). Obviously garage space is important in the house hunt but we have a very limiting budget.
Well the good news is we offically have had an offer accepted on a nice gov owned home in a quiet neighborhood with a two car attached and a 10'x10' shed. It will be nice to have a clean slate to start with.
As for the garage plans lights, paint and some more power will hopefully be the start (budget limiting). Currently what will be moving in is my 99' buell s3t, wifes 95 magna (although she has me trying to sell it), a handful of bikes. And my megar collection of tools. Her car may possibly lobby for a winter parking spot as well. Hopefully in the next year or two I will have the time, money and energy to always have an ongoing motor bike project as well.
So wish me luck on closing moving and everything else that will be keeping me busy in between (wife due with our second on dec 1st, first is a handful at 1 year old, I run my own restaurant)
And since I know you guys like pictures:
