Seems like every time I Google a shop-related question, I end up here!
I was active on the HAMB years ago when Ryan started this site, and great to see how active it is. The HAMB was a good motivator on days when I didn't feel like patching rusty metal, so maybe the GJ will be a good motivator as I re-re-re-organize my shop.
I have achieved the Golden Ratio of 1:1 House:Shop, but they're both tiny. My garage is roughly 450 sq ft, and I have one car parking space and laundry. And I run my prototyping business from there, with a CNC mill, 3D printers, a vacuum former, drill press, band saw, table saw, welder, workbench, and all the other **** that we all have. It's ridiculous.
