I found this grinder in a old barn buried in a pile. As far as I can tell I believe I'm missing the guard and the nut that holds the stone on. I was wondering if that was it. And if anyone has any info or ideas where I could possibly find parts for it please let me know. Also it says its a model 1910 and its patd date is june 5th 1911. Thanks in advance for the help25ff4d60d7351bc615b20ce3ef4d2afa.jpgc0b831ef6f358b39d599edab7da6df56.jpg6fef767ef3ab5a23fe7af89ec1404715.jpgf03a9291d2c2f0d3f86738a09ecd0cc7.jpg

Never saw one with a guard, they are hand powered after all, pretty hard to get one spinning fast enough to explode. I've had a few, they don't work bad actually. Have a Craftsman one now.

Thanks ragtop. The reason I said that was because of the tack beside the wheel. I'm sure somthing was supposed to go there. But maybe not
