M.klein & Sons wire stripper?

some one was throwing these away and I noticed the said Klein on them ,so I took them and cleaned them up. I was wondering if they were part of the same Klein that we all know of today. Or if they are somthing different. Also wondering if they are newer or older time line wise.

those look like they have had a pretty hard life
clean them up tighten the pin if needed with an anvil and drift pin or peen
and use them
