Guessing here
Machine Tooling & Supply

Less likely Machinery Tooling & Supply
They joined up with another company ~2012 so that link may be dead, maybe here.

M.T. & S might not be the OEM, OTG.

I think it's interesting how the grip is basically Vacuum-Grip suckers but triangular instead! Whoever the OEM is, I wonder if they made other types of pliers, and whether any had multiple rows of suckers.

Here they are with an fsp vacuum grip and a snapon vacuum grip. Look pretty close.

After reading this thread I found one at a swap meet this weekend. Sadly ground down and missing a spring but the grips are sweet.

Seeing as how a lot of water has gone under a lot of bridges since this tool was made, I tried guessing that T & S stood for "tool and supply", or "tool & service", and checking google books for those terms with "van nuys". Nothing yet, any other guesses (those that can not be used in polite company need not apply) as to what the T & S stood for?
