M V No. 4 vise

Anyone seen one before?? Picked up at a yard sale today for $5. only markings are M V No. 4. unfortunately the one jaw was welded on but it is in otherwise great shape. what's it worth??

You're close, it's a well known vise mfg. believed to have produced the "Mercury" casted machinists vises.

Just thought I would include some pics of my Mercury 4 vise. I have no doubt it was made by Morgan Chicago as it has identical jaws and swivel base as a Morgan 140.
