WOW! I'd be all over that as I actually need all 3 of those tools. Unfortunately my local store is out of stock of the combo. They have 6 of the multi-tools but they are 79 each...

Edit: So I decided to go check the local HD anyways and low and behold they had several sets of the combo kit but only 6 of the multi tool. Thank you so much Warmpancakes! It's so nice to find a deal on tools you actually needed to purchase rather than just wanted.
