M12 batteries

So I'm using the m12 ratchet like crazy at work and the impact but find I chew through batteries pretty fast they recharge fast though. I'm thinking of getting the upgraded batteries anyone else chew up batteries pretty quick

1.5ah or 20ah? The only thing I've used that really eats them up it the Hackzall, I can kill a 2.0 pack in 5 minutes with that using it hard, but that's to be expected. The 4.0ah packs are nice, but add a lot of bulk and a bit of weight.

Got an impact? Use the impact when you can, it's a lot easier on batteries. I swap batteries in mine about every 3 days.

My batteries seem to last pretty long, but i'm not in a shop study wrenching. Are you talking about the new batteries or the bigger one ones ? I know the bigger ones are to bulky.

Aid say on my light and ratchet and 3/8 I act I've killed half the battery by lunch or so that's usually when I top one of them off. There the standard batteries that come with the tools

I have all 1.5's and I can run the hackzall for about 20 mins max, but usually 8-12 is more typical. Usually its cleaning with a wire brush or using a pruning blade recently.

I also have an 18v sawzall and a corded one, so I don't push the 12v harder than it should be.

i got ya. i think ill have to get some bigger batteries my ratchet and light kills the standard batteries
