Really like the 2438 Milwaukee Sander Polisher. It really does a nice job with a 3" disc. Great balance, plenty of power.

I'd really like to see a 3/8" x 13" M12 bandfile. Seems like it would be easy adaptation to the 3" cutoff tool...

Any others?

I'm likely going to add some M12 tools to my Makita arsenal. I'm developing arthritis in my hands and even though I'm not much of a mechanic I think some of their automotive tools would be helpful to me for things like taking apart the winch on my side by side.

So with that said, despite the fact you said the Sander/Polisher has plenty of power I'd love to see them come out with a Fuel version.

I might be crazy, but if they could put a hybrid anvil like the Bosch wrench/driver on their 1/2" ratchet I think that would be a useful tool for some of the places I need to reach with bits instead of sockets.

Would love to see the M12 screwdriver get the super compact update that their current stubby wrenches and impact driver have gotten.

Damn that would be nice. My M12 screwdriver is probably my most used M12... Would love it to be stubby... I am tempted to get the new stubby drill... damn rabbit hole.

Yeah a Fuel version of the 2438 would be great, if they can keep the powerband reasonable and the nanny protections to a minimum. And for gods sake just sell it w a 3" backing pad this time

I'd still like to see an M12 adapter to run M18 batteries. Impractical in many applications, maybe, but not ALL

Also the OMT could use an update, going tool-less if nothing else

This is the only reason I'm still in Bosch for my core 12V tools. I'm slowly collecting M12 specialty tools, but I'll never give up my Bosch screwdriver, hex impact driver and drill until Milwaukee can match their size.

M12 Fuel ratchet with a ratcheting head no larger in size to the non-Fuel versions. Even smaller would be better.

That gawdawful gigantic head is a total deal-killer.

I borrowed a little M12 bandsaw yesterday to cut up some 1" pipe. Worked great 1 handed and made it's way to the top of my wish list.

The fuel version wasn't out yet when I got my ratchet and I was a little bummed when a "better" version came out..............well, after seeing it, I am glad I have the smaller one. It works great.

The sander/polisher got my interest. I use a die grinder with 3" flap discs very often, but am not sure how the battery version would compare. It would be nice when I am not near an air hose.

The stubby 3/8" impact looked tempting. Sometimes I need more than the 1/4" impact will do but don't want to drag out air hose and my 1/2" 2135ti impact.

I'll agree, although I had my M12 ratchet for quite a while before the fuel version came out. I figured I was buying one soon, but when I saw the size, I balked. But those stubbies look too good to resist, and any new ones would be too.

Fuel, quick release oscillating tool would be great.
I think an M12 plunge router would be cool. Might have to be M18 though.
A Fuel version of the dremel would be cool as well, but probably overpowered.

Anyone have the M12 dremel? I seen it at home depot and it looked really neat to have for cleaning up brake brackets.

It was my first M12 tool from a hard to beat HD BF deal. It's one of the best M12 tools in my opinion. Plenty of power as an AC replacement. It works with all the Dremel accessories that need to screw onto the tool's housing. I'm surprised in the 5+ years I've owned it, that I never saw a better deal than that BF ($50 I think for the kit).

I find myself using mine more than I would if I was still tethered to the wall. A lot more cleaning this or that up with it, usually rust removal.

I would like some M12 nailers other than the palm one. 15/16g for crown moulding and trim work. I'm surprised there isn't one already

What bit do you use to clean up the brackets? Just a wire brush? I've been tempted to pick up a benchtop blast cabinet to throw caliper brackets in to clean them up. Think I saw that on EricO or somewhere. But a dremel would be a lot easier and quicker.

I want one that looks like a real screwdriver like this

This were very slow, but had really good torque for their size. Long before lithium batteries and brushless motors.

Well I really like my m12 screwdriver and the pistol grip is easier for me to hold and use. It is used on almost every household project. This thing beats using the drill or driver for screws because it is slower and works like those early electric screwdrivers.

Milwaukee also kinda missed the boat with the 3" cutoff tool, I mean it has it's uses but they were trying too hard for "disruptive innovation" as they so often do. Although IIRC Dremel or someone produces a "saw" that is of similar design.

I'd still really, really like to see a 2" angle grinder like the Sunex. Damn, it looks like Sunex discontinued their 2" grinder. I just figured this out. I have one and when you need it, you need it. CP still offers one:

I wonder if an M12 6.0 would support a 4" angle grinder? (not a 4.5" but a true 4" with the 3/8-24 spindle?)

One of these should do the trick. I purchased it for working on RC vehicles with their small m2 and m3 screws driven into plastic. The clutch and infinite speed gyro are perfect for small work, but it drives a drywall screw just fine too. I wish there were a M12 version, but Dewalt nailed it on this one.

I’m going to purchase the stubby impact in 3/8 and probably the soldering iron.

I ended up buying the M12 rotary tool to cut some ball joints down (because BMW). But after watching enough of Eric O's videos I grabbed the carbon steel wire brush and knocked the rust off the rotor hats and hub where it meets the wheel and hosed it down with fluid film.

So far no complaints other than that big *** ball joint. With the new stubby impacts, I feel like I probably could've skipped the M18 system entirely (although that shop vac is pretty great).
