M18 1/2 impact wrench ?

So I'm in the market for the m18 impact as i have the m12 3/8 which i love i just want a little more power. Now in my search I've found alot of different model#s but not much different in specs the. only one really different is the compact which is less torque but i like the size does anybody have any preferences on one over another. Thanks gj

The compact M18 doesnt have much torque for a 1/2" drive, if you want the compact I would get the 3/8 Fuel, has decent power and is adjustable instead of full power all the time. I have the fullsize 1/2 also, it has been great but I plan on getting the M18 Fuel that has just come out. More power and adjustable.

No experience with the compact version but i have both the 1/2 and 3/4 models and they are great. Just had a great warranty experience from Milwaukee also.

My plan is to wait for the new M18 FUEL 1/2 high torque model to be released in a couple weeks and then pick one up when they offer another extra battery promo. Like you, I already have the M12 FUEL 3/8 impact and like it a lot but want something with a little more power.

I have the M18 1/2" High-Torque Impact Wrench and it is a great tool. If you want something smaller but with good torque I would get the new M18 Fuel version, either the regular or the new high torque.
