m18 charger not working

Thanks for allowing me to join.
I saw a thread for Milwaukee m12/m18 charger that stopped charging. I've checked the fuse & capacitor as the thread. They are both good(I believe I'm no electrician), I followed directions in the post. Is there anything else I can try b4 I buy a new charger? Any assistance would be appreciated0

No it was a gift from fellow contractor, it wasnt new and I'm pretty sure it's past warranty)but i dont know Milwaukee warranty terms
