Hi everyone. As with most people, I've been lurking for a long time and finally decided to chime in.

I'm a Massachusetts native who got stationed in Virginia 5 years ago with the Air Force and decided to stay a little bit longer until I move back north.

I have numerous project vehicles and when I moved to the mountains in 2010 I finally had enough land and a good excuse to build a 30'x40' shop. I'll post a thread dedicated to that build and the awesome experience I had dealing with the county building dept...

I've been preoccupied doing a complete home renovation (gutted entire house to the studs and rebuilt from the inside out), but the top floor is almost done and that means I can start to organize and play in the shop.

Anyway, here's a pic of my shop and some of my project vehicles.
-Tim

Welcome.

We're damn yankees - moved from Massachusetts to North Carolina 12 years ago. My wife says it is so crowded in Massachusetts nobody wants to go there...

Thank you! I'm from Princeton, MA, about 20 mins north of Worcester and it is very rural, unlike the Boston Metro area. My wife's parents just moved to Upton, which makes holidays pretty easy for us. VA is ok...just miss the 4 seasons of New England and the summers are so damn hot down here. Too hot to wrench most of the summer!
