MAC 1/4"-Drive 2" Extension

I am not a collector of MAC tools, but find myself in need of one of their small 1/4"-drive extensions. 2" and in good condition (no impact marks, all chrome intact, no owner's marks).

I do not have paypal. Cash and USPS money order are the first available payment methods that come to mind.
