Mac 24" flexhead ratchet

I have a new mac tools 24" flexhead ratchet. Part# VR24FPAB. retails for $160.00 off the truck. My price is $115.00 shipped. That is frost on the head of the ratchet in the pic, it just came from my garage.

Sorry to be off the point. What is the matco ratchet? 1/2? I don't see that before... Only own 3/8 and 1/4 drives with 88 teeth...
