Hi,

Not a massive fan of Mac tools as i find a lot of it is re branded China stuff.

The Antivibe hammers look nice though, i like how they are 1 piece steel construction.

Does anyone know what the COO is ? Macs website doesn't seem to list info like COO.

Thanks

Always been Taiwan. They're sold under Stanley and Proto brands as well. I think the CompoCast dead blows are the only USA hammers Stanley makes although I could be wrong. They did make wood handled ball peens domestically as well at one time.

That's part of the webpage design. Proto COO, if its USA, will be indicated by a small flag in the top right of the product area. Example

I have one of the anti vibes from mac. Good hammer but the only thing that keeps me from buying another is that the rubber handles are not oil resistant. Just like so many re branded tools that these trucks sell the rubber swells and gets squishy after a short while when exposed to oil. Never can figure out how these companies think pry bars ratchets and hammers are only used in an oil free environment.
